Growing up outside Charlotte, NC, in a family with 50+ years of experience in residential and industrial development, Meredith has long understood what drives successful real estate decisions. That legacy, combined with her consulting background, gives her a powerful advantage in understanding both the business and human sides of commercial real estate.

Education & Community Involvement
Meredith is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston. She is an active member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church and volunteers with SC First Steps, a nonprofit focused on early childhood education and development in South Carolina.
Outside the Office
When she’s not working with clients or closing deals, Meredith enjoys sailing and spending time outdoors with her family. She brings the same grounded, approachable energy to her personal life as she does to every real estate relationship.
